The building has been designed throughout to allow easy access for people with physical disabilities, including wheelchair users.
Complaints and suggestions
Please contact the practice manager. Your complaints or suggestions will be welcome and may help us to improve the practice.
Confidentiality
Due to doctor - patient confidentiality, we are not able to give information on any patients on the phone, unless it is the patient him/herself calling. This means that, unfortunately, you cannot ring up for friends or relatives, however close you are to them.
Medical students
Medical students are sometimes attached to the practice. You will always be asked if you are happy for a student to sit in with your doctor.
Research
Your notes may be used in research, but all personal details are removed.
