Latest survey results

We are pleased that overall satisfaction is a whopping 93%! Our results were better than the average for Bristol as a whole, and for England.

In 2010 an independent survey of our patients was carried out - thanks to all who took part.

86% are satisfied with our opening hours, which include late evenings on Monday to Wednesday, and Saturday mornings. 84% were able to have an appointment within 48 hours.

We are not resting on our laurels - not all is good; telephone access was a problem - we have installed a touch screen in reception for people to let us know they have arrived, and appointments can be made on-line and prescriptions can be ordered on line (you need to register to get your password). These strategies should free up reception time to answer phones more promptly. However, some queries can take up to 10 minutes, so it is inevitable that sometimes people will have to wait.

Also there were problems getting appointments with the nurse in treatment room - this is due to long term sickness and lack of funding from the primary care trust to employ enough nurses. We are hoping to transfer responsibility for employing nurses to ourselves soon, which will give us more opportunity to sort out this problem.

Thanks to all for your support! The results can be seen in full in the "Patient Information" section of this website.
